Warranty

Most products include a 6-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Fullcart member orders include a 1-year limited warranty for covered defects.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

To start a warranty review, open the order in your account, choose the product-quality reason, and add photos with a short description of the issue. We may ask for more information, or for the item to be sent back so we can inspect it. We decide whether the issue is a covered manufacturing defect, and that decision determines the outcome.

An approved warranty claim is resolved with a replacement of the same item, or store credit where an identical replacement is not available. Warranty claims are not refunded to the original payment method.

Warranty coverage applies only to purchases from authorized sellers, including the official store, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. Purchases from unauthorized resellers or resale marketplaces are not eligible.
